Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga
Mysore Style
At your own pace – Ashtanga Yoga in the Mysore style
Ashtanga Yoga is a dynamic style of yoga,
which is characterized by flowing transitions between the body postures (asanas).
In the Mysore style, instruction is given individually within a group setting:
Each participant practices independently in their own breathing rhythm –
with personal guidance, corrections and support from the teacher.
Beginners learn the exercise series step by step, while experienced practitioners deepen their practice.
This allows everyone to practice within their own capabilities and at their own pace.
This teaching method strengthens self-awareness and enables the development of a personal practice – as meditation in motion that focuses the mind and leads inwards.
During the lesson you will receive verbal instructions,
Demonstrations and – if desired – “hands-on” support.
Variations in the asanas ensure that everyone can practice safely.
and can be practiced in a way that is adapted to one's own circumstances.
Whether physical touch is desired in certain positions is, of course, entirely up to you.
Information chips are available on the mat shelf, and there is always room for personal exchange.
The initial practice session lasts approximately 75 minutes.
and can be extended to 90 minutes over time or customized.
We pay attention to a healthy indoor climate:
Our studio air is cleaned with an IQAir HealthPro 100 NE air purifier (certified room ventilation system).
