Mysore Yoga Classes

Our Mysore classes are group lessons for beginner and intermediate students.

Mysore Style is like individual lessons in a group. In the Mysore class, everyone practices in their own breathing rhythm and according to their abilities. Beginners learn step by step the sequences of asanas (positions) of Ashtanga Yoga. These teaching units are suitable for all levels of experience and no previous knowledge is required. No matter your skill level, you will receive personal support and adjustments from your instructor if necessary.

You can start your practice within the first 30 minutes of the class, as we all practice together but each in their own breathing rhythm, this staggered start is possible.
