Mysore Style 

Our Mysore classes are group lessons for beginners and advanced students.

Mysore Style is like private lessons in a group. In the Mysore class everyone practices according to their own breathing rhythm and according to their abilities. Beginners learn the sequences of asanas (positions) of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga step by step. These lessons are suitable for all levels of experience and require no prior knowledge. Regardless of your skill level, you will receive personal support and adjustments from your instructor if needed.

You can start your training within the first 30 minutes of the class as we all practice together, but each at their own breathing rhythm this gradual start is possible.
