Mysore

Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is open to all people of all ages and regardless of previous knowledge, physical requirements and previous movement experience. Beginners and advanced students and everyone in between are warmly invited to take part in the Mysore classes.

Yoga BASICs

If you have never tried Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga or yoga at all, our Mysore classes and BASICs classes are perfect for you to start.

Ashtanga Open LED

A balanced 90-minute practice based on the series, including time for long-term relaxation. The content is adapted to the group.

Mixed level, no beginners.

LED Half Primary

The first series up to Navasana.

Preparatory exercises and asana variations round off

the practice.

Ashtanga flow

In this class we cover most of the asanas from classic half primary series.

The practice will be challenging but with all alignment explained and

various variation given so you can find your perfect and suitable flow in the day - or evening!
