Our Classes

Many of our classes are available both in our studio in Alt-Treptow and online with a variety of times. Click through to each class to learn more and reserve your spot online.



Practice at your own pace and breathing rhythm. In our group class for people of all levels.



Learn a gentle standing sequence and some sitting poses adapted to your skill level.  If you have never tried Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga or a yoga class, our Mysore classes and BASICs classes,   the right ones to start with.


First Series

Regenerate tired muscles and develop your strength. An ideal accompaniment to Mysore routines.


LED Half Primary

Sequences from the first series have been adapted for more intense and focused shared practice.

Learn new techniques and challenging variations in our class for experienced yogis.
