Yoga for all people with a physiologically female pelvis and female organs.
Women change in cycles throughout life, regardless of whether they have children or not. From the onset of menstruation, through childbirth and menopause, to the years afterward. Yoga can help women make the most of their life transitions if their practice is wisely tailored to them. In this "Yoga for Women" course, the experienced instructor teaches anatomically refined exercises and breathing techniques for women based on yogic and Ayurvedic principles. We strengthen and relax holistically. The practice of yoga thus supports personal development and can bring about an unprecedented state of vitality at any age.
We are currently offering a class on Tuesday evenings.
After the summer break it will continue,
From November this year, a class will be added on Monday mornings and Thursday evenings.
