Recognized yoga education periods at the VHS Treptow-Köpenick

Are you looking for a recognized yoga education course in Berlin? In cooperation with the VHS Treptow-Köpenick, I am offering several recognized yoga education courses in my studio on Karl-Kunger-Straße from August to December of the second semester of 2026. These courses are recognized under the Berlin Educational Leave Act and combine sound yoga practice with health promotion, stress prevention, and sustainable regeneration for everyday professional life.

This advanced yoga training course is designed for participants with yoga experience who wish to develop their practice more consciously and thoroughly. In addition to a more intensive asana practice, the focus will be on breathing techniques, body awareness, and the sustainable integration of yoga into professional and everyday life.
