Calm your body system, improve flexibility and find balance with Yin Yoga.

Yin Yoga is a form of restorative yoga that targets deep tissue and focuses on stretching and stimulating various energy points on the body - such as those used in traditional Chinese medicine. It is a slow and calm way of practicing yoga, you make yourself comfortable in the pose with pillows and blankets as support.

If you long for relaxation and serenity after a stressful day, you can let go of stored emotions and regenerate your energy through Yin Yoga. Asanas are mostly practiced sitting or lying down and held for a few minutes. Muscle work is passive, fascia and connective tissue gain elasticity.

Yin Yoga can complement the dynamic and continuous movements of the Ashtanga (Vinyasa) method.

Classes create a quiet and safe space for you to relax and gain mindfulness.

In an accident in 2012, I broke two vertebrae and had to learn to live with a metal implant. I am infinitely grateful for my yoga practice as it has given me back flexibility and body awareness.
